Returns or exchanges can be made up to 60 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original condition.

How To Make A Return
Please include your name, order number, and the reason for return with the items you are sending back. Returns are at your own expense - we do not offer free returns, and the cost of returning items is not included in the original price. Once received, we will refund the original cost of your order.
If you are returning a gift and do not know the order number, please include the purchaser’s name. In these cases, we will not notify the gift giver; however, we can offer an exchange only, and no monetary refund can be issued.

How To Make An Exchange
Please include your name and order number with the goods you are exchanging, and details of which blankets you'd like to exchange with.
We will then either issue a refund for the difference or a link to pay any extra.
We will send the new goods free of charge to one UK address.
If exchanging a gift, and the order number is unknown, please include the purchasers name. We will not notify the gift giver, but will only be able to make an exchange, no monetary refund can be given.
