Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original condition.

Please send your items back to us at the address below. There is no need to send them via Special Delivery; simply obtain Proof of Posting from your post office.

Returns
- Please include your name and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for returning them
- We will then refund you the original cost of your order
- Items are returned at your expense unless they are faulty
- We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back
Exchange An Order
- Please include your name and order number with the goods you are exchanging, and details of which blankets you'd like to exchange with
- We will then either issue a refund for the difference or a link to pay any extra
- Items are returned to us at your expense
- We will send the new goods free of charge to one UK address
- We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back
Exchange A Gift
If you would like to exchange a gift, we can provide an exchange for goods or credit note only.
- Please include your name and email address with the goods you are exchanging, and details of which blankets you'd like to exchange with

Christmas Extended Returns
Our Extended Christmas Returns Policy is valid from 1st November; you can return purchases up until 16th January.
