Tracey Emin: A Second Life - Art You Can Wrap Yourself In
We’re thrilled to reveal a very special collaboration: Atlantic Blankets has partnered with the Tate to create a limited-edition blanket featuring Tracey Emin’s artwork from her exhibition A Second Life at Tate Modern.
This blanket brings her beloved cats, Teacup & Pancake, to life in woven form, complete with Tracey’s signature. Every detail - from the expressive lines of her artwork to the texture of the weave - has been carefully translated to create a piece that feels both intimate and tactile.
While the artwork and design are entirely Tracey Emin’s, we are proud to have helped bring it to life as a blanket. Woven in England from recycled cotton, it is soft, durable, and made to be used and loved every day. Whether draped over a sofa, folded at the foot of a bed, wrapped around you on a quiet morning, or even framed and put on the wall, it carries a sense of warmth, care, and connection - the same qualities that make Tracey’s work so moving.
A Second Life is her largest retrospective to date, spanning painting, sculpture, textiles, neon, video, and installation. This blanket offers a rare chance to take a piece of that exhibition home - a tangible, everyday connection to her art.
Available exclusively from the Tate during the exhibition, these blankets are extremely limited.
