We want to wish all of our customers and friends health and happiness over these troubled waters.
Our Perranporth shop is back open; online orders will be dispatched as normal.
Our plan over this period is to provide escapism as much as possible through social media with continued images and content from our beachside location and of the sea; it’s what we find helps in times of need and hope that you will find it helpful too.

Are you open for business?
Yes, we will continue to provide good customer service and are able to dispatch orders as normal.
Is your Perranporth Shop open?
Yes, our beachside shop is now open again, you can find us at Westcott House, St Piran's Road, Perranporth TR6 0BH (opposite Piran Surf on the walkway to the beach).
Are shipping times affected?
This is an ever-changing area, which we are keeping a close eye on. For now we are confident that the shipping times stated can be achieved and we will be updating these if and when there are changes.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes you can, and we can include a gift message within the order and ensure there are no prices included in the parcel.

Is it safe to receive parcels in the post?
Yes. As stated on the World Health Organisation website "The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low."
You can also request within the cart section of the website any special requests you have to the courier if you'd like them to leave your parcel in a safe place.
What is your returns policy and what happens if I'm unable to physically send a return in time?
Our returns policy is 30 days, but should you not be able to meet this then please do get in touch and we will of course be here to help, please email Gemma with any questions you may have -
