
Delivery and Returns
Once we have received your order, we want you to have it as soon as possible.
When in stock, goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, this will be noted on the relevant page of the website. You can request to be informed by email when it comes into stock. Orders received over the weekend will be processed at the start of the following week.
Goods are dispatched First Class via Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery is from £5.00 for most throws and blankets; smaller items may cost less. Delivery outside the UK depends on the weight of the package. To obtain an estimate of delivery charges for your order, use the Delivery Estimate facility on the checkout page. Enter the country where the order is to be sent and the website will show your delivery options and charges. You can choose from standard First Class delivery or for Special Delivery if you would like your order very quickly and with a tracking number.
If you require next day delivery, please contact us for details and additional charges. Next day orders must be placed before 10am.
If you are not going to be in when your goods are delivered, please give us clear instructions about where we can leave your parcel. Some goods may require a signature.
Please advise us if your order is needed by a specific date so that we can meet your requirements.

Returns
We are sure that you will be completely thrilled with your purchase from The Atlantic Blanket Company but if, for any reason, you should decide not to keep it, our FREE returns policy makes it easy for you to send it back to us.
Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original packaging. Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for returning them, and obtain proof of postage. We will then refund you the original cost of your order plus all the postage. We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back.

Please send your items back to us at the address below. There is no need to send them via Special Delivery; simply obtain Proof of Posting from your post office.
