Once we have received your order, we want you to have it as soon as possible.

Christmas Delivery:

Last date for standard orders Monday 21st December. Last date for Special Delivery orders: by 11am on Tuesday 22nd December. Our office will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday December 23rd 2009 until Monday January 4th 2010. Orders placed online during that period may not be processed until after January 4th 2010.

Our Shops:

Padstow: Our shop at 4 Broad Street, Padstow is currently open 10-4, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Between Friday December 18th, 2009 and Sunday Januray3rd 2010 inclusive, we will be open every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve, when we will be closed. We will shut at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Truro: Our shop at Green Street, Truro is open every day 10-5 until the end of January 2010, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day when we will be closed. We will shut at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

When in stock, goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, this will usually be noted on the relevant page of the website. Orders received over the weekend will be processed at the start of the following week. Goods are dispatched First Class via Royal Mail.

Standard UK delivery is £5.00. Some of the larger blankets are quite heavy and delivery for these is £7.00. Delivery outside the UK depends on the weight of the package.

Where you require next day delivery, please contact us for details and additional charges. Next day orders must be placed before 10am.

If you are not going to be in when your goods are delivered, please give us clear instructions about where we can leave your parcel. Some goods may require a signature.

Please advise us if your order is needed by a specific date so that we can meet your requirements.
